Connecting Usersnap with Desk
First, please select Desk in the 3rd party integration grid:
To connect Desk and Usersnap you need to set up a Mailbox channel on the Desk admin panel. In the example image below we use email@example.com:
Back on the Usersnap Dashboard page, please enter your Desk Mailbox address into the panel. You can set a subject prefix to find Usersnap tickets easier. If your users enter email addresses (or are required to) the ticket is automatically connected to them and you can reply easily within Desk.com.
