Frequently asked questions
We accept payments via credit card such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that you do not need a credit card to sign up for a Usersnap trial. For Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfers for annual plans.
For all self-service plans we offer our standard terms of service.
In case your organization needs specific custom terms, we are happy to offer them in the Enterprise plan. We regularly work with companies from all sizes up to enterprises like Microsoft, Facebook and Canva.In terms of GDPR, we want to reassure you that we are 100% compliant.
If you are a customer from the EU or Northern Ireland, we require a valid VAT number. We apply the reverse charge system and you will not be charged for VAT on your invoice. Unfortunately, we can't offer you an account if your organization is in the EU and you have no valid VAT number. If you set your country outside the EU, you will not be asked for a VAT-ID.
We offer discounts to NGOs and educational institutions (30%). For more information, please get in touch with the team (via our feedback button).
A seat is a team member who has access to the Usersnap dashboard and can collaborate with other team members. Note that you do not need to be a team member to send feedback via the widget or survey.
The free trial allows you to set up as many widgets and surveys as you wish to explore, you have access to all the features on the Premium Plan.
Once you have collected 20 feedback items then the trial ends and you need to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue.
Note that free accounts that have not been upgraded to a paid plan will be deactivated after 90 days.
A project is a feedback widget or survey. You can start with a template and then add/remove components such as question fields, screen capture tools, intro and outro messages.
Projects are contained in spaces, you can create different spaces for different teams or product environments. Each space has an unique code snippet to install, it controls the targeting and display rules of the projects within that space.
Once the space snippet is added to your website or application, you only need to toggle the "set live/pause" button on Usersnap's project interface to activate the widget or survey.
