If you are a customer from the EU or UK, we require a valid VAT number. We apply the reverse charge system and you will not be charged for VAT on your invoice. Unfortunately, we can't offer you an account if your organization is in the EU (or UK) and you have no valid VAT number. If you set your country outside the EU (or UK), you will not be asked for a VAT-ID.

A team member is someone who has access to the Usersnap dashboard and can collaborate with other team members. Invite all your teammates.
In contrary, reporters are the ones who send in feedback via the widgets. They are not counted as team members.
