Sales Development Representative

We are looking for high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide inbound lead qualification and outreach to potential new customers.  
This role will be responsible for servicing inbound sales and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle following.

You Are

  • successful in online sales / outreach in the software industry
  • working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, 
    contributing fully to the team effort
  • understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business
  • strong in professional communication skills in English - both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • having a strong desire to compete and win
  • Responsibilities
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads
  • Identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate potential customers
  • Organize cold outreach campaigns
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions online to begin the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members for a strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
  • You have
  • 2+ years of successful experience in online sales for software products
  • a good understanding of SaaS products
  • adept computer skills including proficiency with current online marketing tools
  • experience in Social Media platforms and business platforms (Linkedin)
  • experience with CRM applications

  • The minimum base salary for this position is €42.000,- yearly gross. The actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
