Internship Sales Development Representative

  • Are you full of energy, curious, creative, ambitious and ready for a role in a fast-growing international startup? Usersnap is looking to grow our Sales Development team to help us manage the ever-growing demand for our solutions and to drive new business.
  • As our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Linz, you will be responsible for supporting Usersnap’s growth strategy at the top of the sales funnel. This is an excellent opportunity to use your communication skills to help shape our future as the leaders in the Voice-of-Customer and customer experience market. You will play a crucial role in identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads and generating new business for the company. You are an ambitious, performance-driven team player.

What you'll do

  • Identify new contacts, make sure that there’s a need and a fit, and finally arrange a discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Participate in Sales and Marketing initiatives to help drive revenue growth
  • Research prospects and their companies to empower the sales team before the qualification meetings
  • Track and update all prospect information in our CRM

That's you

  • You are a student at a University, Fachhochschule, or a Graduate of a Higher Technical Schools (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Marketing, Sales or equivalent)
  • You have excellent communication skills both in German and English
  • You have energy, ambition, and passion, and want to be part of a growing and successful team
  • You are fascinated by B2B software

What we offer

  • Working hours are flexible, either full-time or part-time (from 20h to 38,5h per week)
  • Information according to GlBG: The KV-minimum base salary for this position is €884,- monthly gross for a 4 months internship.

Requirements

  • Your are self-motivated, creative and brave enough to execute and evaluate your ideas
  • If you have experience in a start-up it’s great, but it’s not a must
