Inside Sales Manager

Are you full of energy, curious, creative, ambitious and ready for a role in a fast-growing international startup? Usersnap is looking to grow our Sales team to help us manage the ever-growing demand for our solutions and to drive new business.

As a Sales Manager based in Linz, you will be responsible for supporting Usersnap’s growth strategy in every stage of the sales funnel. This is an excellent opportunity to use your communication skills to help shape our future as the leaders in the Voice-of-Customer and customer experience market. You will play a crucial role in identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads and generating net new business for the company. You are an ambitious, performance-driven team player.

What you’ll do

  • Research and identify new contacts, make sure that there’s a need and a fit, and finally arrange discovery calls and product demos
  • Collaborate with customers & prospects to clearly define current challenges and pain related to achieving overall business objectives
  • Develop and manage relationships within your customer segment
  • Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to match solutions with identified needs
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
  • Coordinate with all internal teams, such as Marketing, Product, Customer Success

That’s you

  • A university degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years proven sales or inside sales experience working for a technology company
  • A sound understanding of the sales processes and associated best practices
  • Comfortable presenting and running demonstrations to various audiences in person or over video
  • Proven time and account management skills, as well as excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • An energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach

What we offer

  • Information according to GlBG: The KV-minimum base salary for this position is €2.332,- monthly gross. The actual salary depends on your qualification.
