Usersnap Browser Extensions

If embedding the Usersnap widget to your site is not an option, using one of the Usersnap browser extensions is a good solution. You can annotate on your website without changing your template code.

We have an extension available for Google Chrome and Firefox.

Google Chrome Extension

Google Chrome users can find the extension in the Chrome Store: Google Chrome Store

There are two ways to log into your Usersnap project using the Chrome extension.

Using Usersnap log-in credentials

Once your Chrome extension is installed and configured, you can create a screen by clicking on the Usersnap icon on your browser toolbar.

Firefox Add-on

Firefox users can find the add-on in the add-ons directory for Firefox: Firefox Add-On

After installation, go to the Firefox Add-on settings.

Under the Extensions tab, you will find Usersnap. Click on the Options button.

Add your Usersnap project API key to the settings.

Once your Firefox add-on is installed and configured, you can create a screen by clicking on the Usersnap icon on your browser toolbar.
