Connecting Usersnap with Planio
If you are using Planio, you can connect Usersnap directly to Planio and get Usersnap feedback and screenshots delivered into Planio issues.
Here's how it works:
Please enable the API support on your Planio account (Administration, Settings, Authentication, Enable REST web service). It is recommended to create a special user for the Usersnap reports.
You’ll find your Planio API Key in the sidebar in My Account.
Back in the Usersnap API key configuration, enter your Planio URL and the API key of your previously created user.
Since Planio is built on Redmine, you have to select the Redmine integration in your Usersnap project settings.
At first you have to enter your project URL (in this case the Planio URL of your project) and a API key.
After a successful connect, you can select a project, assign the ticket automatically to a user, set the tracker, priority and version and last but not least the issue category of the newly created ticket. This will help you to organize your Usersnap feedbacks.
