Connecting Usersnap with Axosoft
Usersnap supports both OnTime OnDemand and OnPremise and delivers visual feedback directly to your OnTime dashboard.
First, please activate your OnTime API in the System Options (Tools->System Options) otherwise you will get errors when you try to connect your account with Usersnap.
After that, continue to the Usersnap Setup page (My Sites) and enter your OnTime hostname. Also, please select if you are using OnTime on demand or on premise.
If you are using Ontime OnDemand you just have to enter your hostname of your Ontime account and click "Connect now!"
If you are using Ontime OnPremise you have to provide your Instance URL of your Axosoft installation. Additionally, you need to add your Client ID and your Client Secret and click "Connect now!".
After you clicked on the "Connect Now" button, a small pop up window appears. You may have to login to your OnTime Dashboard and authorize Usersnap to add reports.
In the last step, you can select the ticket type, the target project and target release of the reports.
Selecting an assignee is possible, too.
Finally you will receive Usersnap screenshots delivered directly to your OnTime dashboard. The screenshot is attached to the ticket.
