Connecting Usersnap with Intercom
First, you need to find your incoming email address for your Intercom account. You will find it under "Settings" | "Messaging".
Back in the Usersnap project settings, please enter this Intercom incoming email address to your Usersnap API configuration. You can set a subject prefix to find Usersnap tickets easier within Intercom. If your users enter an email address on the Usersnap Widget (or if they are required to do so) the ticket is automatically connected to the sender of the report and you can reply easily within Intercom.
