The subject name will be the name of the tasks in Freshdesk. For example, enter [CustomerFeedback]<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>And &#8230; You\u2019re done!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Some further tips:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>only send <em>shortened content without header + footer<\/em> information to Freshdesk.
