What are the different methods of feedback?

There are many ways to look at how to collect feedback: qualitatively vs. quantitatively, proactively vs. passively, or in-product vs. on social media, mass surveys, cold calling… etc.

For SaaS and e-commerce, customer feedback can be gathered by NPS emails, in-app CSAT ratings, online questionnaires, user interviews, screenshot bug reports and customer support messages.
